Newbie with some questions

Hello all...FIFA player here who plans on coming to PES this year. Questions

1. I will be only playing master league, on the PC...How hard is it to get all the real teams and stuff into the game?
2. Is Arsenal in the game?
3. I see places to download kits and such here, is that for the PC version? and do you guys have stadiums as well or just team names?

I will also be coming over from fifa... used to love PES until around 2006 and will be giving it a good bash this year on PS4. I will be doing MyClub and Master League.

PC will be the best for mods I'm pretty sure the editor lads will be able to go all out tinkering adding clubs/kits and stadiums ect you only have to look at GTA5 or Skyrim on PC the mods are frightening.

Subscribed for a silver membership when will option files for pes 2018 be available? And any tips on how to import ?

Are the option files for PS4 or for PC?

Why doesn't anyone answer anything on these forums? Pretty disappointing.
