I purchase the Gold Membership in September 2017. But when I login and try to access the Gold Member Hub, it informs me that I do not have permission to view that page. I have my order# and my account is kellerj18@gmail.com. I also did not receive an email with in regards to V2 option file. The last email that I recieved was when I subscribed to the Gold membership

Any help would be appreciated.

Im in same boat too. I tried to get options file and found out I needed to be a member so I paid £5.00 and became a Silver member, I think. I think because I cannot access the Silver Hub to access the Options file. I dont know why I am saying this as it seems nobody has had a reply yet.

I think they are laughing at us. I think we've paid money to their charity. I feel ripped

Forget everything above, I've found out I've got it but its pending

i just paid for the gold membership to download the option file.

however i am unable to access the file and am getting an error

I've hit them up on Twitter, and I'm sure they know of the issue now and are maybe trying to get a hold on it, or some sort of fix. They've replied to see if they issue has been fixed, but as of yet, no fix on my end.

I did the Silver Membership option and am receiving the same issue as the rest of you guys. Wondering when we can expect a fix for it of some sort.

I have the same problem I sign in and it goes to updating password eccept it won't let me? It's been like this for over a week so what do I do?
