Option file doesn't work

Hello everyone. I just downloaded the latest patch for ps4 V3. I'm a gold member...and for some reason i keep getting this message on the PS4 that says that its unable to load the data. So...all i have is the names of the competitions right, but the kits and the teams names are still in theyir original format. Could it be because i have the digital version of the game, or do i have to download the V1 and V2 first in order to work? thank you for your help.

What is the exact error message that you get, and at what stage do you get it?

It will have nothing to do with digital copy and you don't need to V1/V2 already installed.
